Description:
The Holt Family Apartments is a 50-unit low-rise development for low income families. The project includes many sustainable design features that will achieved GreenPoint Rated certification, as well as community service spaces and on-site mental health services for the residents.
The project received 9% competitive CTCAC funding. Partner Energy completed the GreenPoint Rated checklist that achieved sufficient points for certification.
