Description:
This intergenerational community was developed by a nonprofit housing corporation to help address the critical need for affordable housing for low-income, senior, and formerly homeless residents.
Partner Energy’s sustainability consulting services included LEED for Homes Gold certification, and specification of energy and water efficient fixtures and drought tolerant landscaping that reduce greenhouse gas emission and provide cost-saving benefits for the residents.
The project received a Grand Prize – 100% Affordable, 2019 MFE Awards sponsored by Multifamily Executive.
