Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Company President. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably working directly with an executive(s) at an engineering or professional consulting firm. This position will be based in our Los Angeles (CA) office.  

ESG Manager

The ESG Manager will oversee the development and implementation of our clients’ Environmental Social Governance and Resiliency (ESG&R) strategy and reporting initiatives. The successful candidate should have a passion for sustainability (ESG in particular) and consulting experience in the area of ESG strategy and reporting. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ), Los Angeles (CA) office, or remotely from another location.

Program Manager/ Relationship Manager

The Program/Relationship Manager will expand our Business Development team and grow our company. They will have demonstrated business development experience in the field of energy efficiency engineering/sustainability and a passion for the energy efficiency solutions that Partner Energy delivers to its clients around the country. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA) or Newark (NJ) office. 

Benchmarking and Carbon Accounting Manager

The Benchmarking and Carbon Accounting Manager will oversee all technical and operational aspects of Partner Energy’s ESG+R benchmarking and utility/other data collection and processing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team and managing all of the company’s data collection, analysis, and management initiatives. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA) or Newark (NJ) office. 

Energy Engineer (senior-level)

The Energy Engineer will serve as senior technical resources for our energy and sustainability consulting team. They will manage and mentor associates and  oversee projects involving the analysis, verification, design, and implementation of energy efficiency solutions; building commissioning and retro-commissioning; green building certifications; and/or, ESG&R consulting. This position could be based from our Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ) office, or remotely from another location.

Energy Engineer III/ Project Manger

The Energy Engineer will serve as project manager as part of our energy consulting team. They will perform Level I, II, and III energy audits, conduct energy modeling analyses, and work on building commissioning/retro-commissioning and green certification and ESG/resiliency projects. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ), Los Angeles (CA), or remotely from another location.

Sustainability Consultant (Green Building Certifications)

The Sustainability Consultant will work as technical resources as part of our energy consulting team. They will manage all aspects of project work related to energy audits, modeling studies, and Green Building certification and verification projects. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ), Los Angeles (CA), or remotely from another location.

Energy Engineer (entry-level)

The entry-level Energy Engineer will serve as technical resources as part of our energy consulting team. They will assist with all aspects of project work related to energy audits, commissioning and retro-commissioning studies, energy analyses, energy modeling, and green building certification and ESG consulting projects. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ), or Los Angeles (CA) office.

Sustainability Coordinator

The entry level Sustainability Coordinator will serve as technical resource as part of our energy consulting team. They will assist all aspects of project work related to benchmarking analyses, energy audits, energy analyses, energy modeling projects and green building certifications and verification process. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA) or Newark (NJ) office.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will serve as a liaison between clients and internal project staff to coordinate scheduling activities and manage day-to-day client communications. This position could be based from either our Newark (NJ) or  Los Angeles (CA) office. 

Home Energy (HERS) Rater

The HERS Rater will perform all aspects of Home Energy Rating functions for residential new construction and existing buildings. They will work with associates and management to pursue and execute various projects involving performance modeling, testing and inspections, code compliance, data collection and management for green building certification programs including the Home Energy Rating System (HERS), ENERGY STAR, LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, and National Green Building Standard. This position could be based from either our Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ), Los Angeles (CA), or remotely from another location.
