To qualify for Fannie Mae Multifamily Green Financing, the client secured Partner Energy’s services to provide a Green Globes Multifamily for Existing Buildings and GreenPoint Rated for Existing Buildings feasibility study for the property. Partner Energy conducted an analysis of the property, including energy, water, emissions, indoor environment, and other resources, and determined that the property would be eligible for Green Globes. The property achieved a final assessment score of 405 points and was awarded the Green Globes Building Certification in October 2020.
