Lakeside Village is a 2-story, 840-unit affordable housing development. Partner Energy assisted the project in pursuing existing building GreenPoint Rated certification and has implemented a number of energy and water efficiency measures to lower the building’s operating costs and utility allowances for the residents. The project was awarded 34 GreenPoint Rated points.
