As part of our Master Professional Services Agreement with Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA), Partner Energy completed energy auditing services for the Pepsi Co Riverside production and bottling facility.
The first energy assessment was a Basic Energy Assessment with an associated report identifying energy conservation measures (ECMs). A follow-on Tier II Energy Assessment of the facility building and surrounding parking lot area was conducted to provide more precise energy consumption and cost savings analysis for the identified ECMs.
The scope included a comprehensive energy audit of all systems, equipment, and building envelope; preparation of an Energy Audit Plan; the installation and monitoring of data collection equipment; maintaining a Quality Control Program; and a comprehensive Energy Audit Report including energy and water conservation recommendations.
Proposed energy savings from the identified ECMs totaled approximately 4,340,000 kbtu/yr.
