The renovations to this existing building required Retro-commissioning (RCx) in accordance with New York City Local Law 87. Partner Energy provided ENERGY STAR® benchmarking services to the property to comply with Local Law 87 and establish its baseline energy consumption in hospitality usage. Client-provided data included 12 months of electric and gas bills, general information about each building, such as size, square footage, and number of units, and tenant profiles, including the number of people living in a unit, and presence of electronic devices such as a satellite dish or computers.
Partner Energy created a client profile in the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® and transferred all relevant energy data into the profile.
