The Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. headquarters building was achieved through a major renovation of a Pacific Bell building originally constructed in 1963. Features of the renovated building include improved HVAC systems, LED lights, daylighting controls, a green roof, solar photovoltaic panels, and an on-site electric vehicle charging station.
The building received LEED and ENERGY STAR® for Existing Building certifications.
