During a property acquisition transaction, the Wallingford Plaza project conducted a sustainability review as part of a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) process. Partner Energy prepared an assessment that summarized the impacts of energy, water, and waste use at the property and identified potential measures for improvement. Additionally, a feasibility study of the property’s ability to achieve LEED-EBOM was prepared to help the client with the decision.
