Partner Energy was selected after a competitive bidding process to provide Commissioning services and Energy Conservation Measure implementation support and verification and Commissioning services at a high school and middle school located in Lower Cape May School District.. The project entailed a renovation and replacement of equipment and controls.
As the commissioning agent, Partner Energy provided assurance that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed according to the owner’s project requirements, basis of design, and the contract documents. In addition, Partner Energy verified that the systems operate within the performance guidelines set out in the design documents and specifications. Partner Energy led the commissioning team by planning and coordinating all commissioning activities, including all testing, adjusting, and balancing in conjunction with the design professionals, construction manager, subcontractors, manufacturers, and equipment suppliers.
