Description:

Partner Energy was contracted by the City of Los Angeles to perform an ASHRAE Level III investment grade energy audit for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s Energy Efficiency Technical Assistance Program (LADWP EETAP).

Partner Energy’s team of energy engineers performed an ASHRAE Level III energy audit of the 77th Street Police Station for this program. This included installation and retrieval of data loggers on energy-consuming equipment, construction of energy models for the site, and a detailed analysis of energy efficiency measures, including payback period, cost of installation, energy savings, and research into qualified vendors. The property is a 125,000 SF facility, originally built in 1997, that includes the police station, jail, and service garage. The energy audit resulted in a projected 29% in building energy savings after all measures were implemented.
