Description:
Malibu Country Mart is a 90,000 square foot retail shopping center with more than 67 stores and service providers. Partner Energy was contacted to help with LEED certification documentation at one of three adjacent properties, requiring certification of seven (7) buildings totaling approximately 30,000 square feet and containing 27 tenants.
The project targeted LEED-Silver certification under the LEED Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (LEED EBOM) rating system.
