Located 18 miles south of Salt Lake City, the South Jordan branch is one of five Social Security Administration (SSA) offices in Utah. Partner Energy was asked to provide LEED fundamental and enhanced commissioning services in support of LEED-NC credit EAp1 and EAc3. We worked with the design and construction teams to review the contract documents for system operation. We performed functional testing on all of the systems, configured controls, compiled the systems manual, and supported training for facility staff at building turnover. Partner Energy prepared and submitted all documentation for LEED-NC Silver certification.
