Partner Energy provided commissioning services and LEED Certificate Services for the City of Newark Police Department Headquarters in the 5th Precinct. This work included review and maintenance of updated Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD), development and incorporation of commissioning requirements into the construction documents. In addition, Partner Energy conducted a review of project design documents for comportment with LEED certification requirements, registration of the project for LEED certification, development and implementation of the design-phase Commissioning Plan, preparation of the construction-phase HVAC Commissioning Plan required as part of the established commissioning specification previously prepared, and organized and lead the commissioning team.
