Description:
Canon USA constructed a new single-story office building and selected Partner Energy to perform fundamental commissioning services. Commissioning for new construction is required by the state energy efficiency code, CalGreen. Partner Energy also completed energy modeling and documentation for LEED-NC Gold certification.
Construction was completed in August 2014 and LEED-NC Gold certification was awarded.
