Description:

Since 2017, Partner has developed a strategic alliance and supported an American multinational electric vehicle (EV) and clean sustainable energy manufacturing corporation with their rapid business and real estate expansion. Partner’s environmental assessments and engineering solutions helped expedite both ground-up development and renovation of our client’s EV charging stations and retail infrastructure in North America. To date, Partner performed work at more than 110 project sites across 24 states.

As part of our EV program management, Partner has coupled services that can take place concurrently, which reduces site visits and accelerates the project schedule. Partner’s reliable service offerings over the years made us a preferred vendor for our client as they went through multiple rounds of reorganization during its rapid growth.

Highlighted projects include two of the largest EV charging facilities in the world when constructed, 40 V3 250 kW chargers and 62 V3 250 kW chargers, both located in California. Our scope of work included Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Asbestos Screening, Pb Paint Screening, Property Condition Assessments, building measurement (BOMA), ADA Surveys, Seismic Risk Assessments, ALTA Land Surveys, Zoning Reports, Geotechnical Investigation, and Construction Inspections. At other North American sites, in addition to all services listed above, Partner also provided Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Indoor Air Quality testing, Site Mitigation, Roofing and Façade Assessments, Environmental Database Reviews, Geotechnical & Construction Inspections, Structural Forensics & Foundation Investigations, MEP assessments and pre-design solutions (including HVAC testing, sewer/sanitary investigations, electrical infrared thermography testing) and follow-on design/feasibility support.
