Partner Energy provided building commissioning services for the construction of the Wyncote Elementary School in the Cheltenham School District. The district was pursuing a LEED certification.
Partner Energy was involved in the design phase, reviewing design documentation, drawings, specification, and submittals. We drafted and maintained a commissioning plan and deficiencies database throughout the project to track any issues found, and to ensure all items are corrected. Partner Energy worked with the construction team and contractors to execute field installation verification checklists, inspect equipment systems and completion, and complete Operational Performance Testing.
