Partner Energy provided building commissioning services for the construction of renovations to Clayton Middle School, Clayton High School, and the Herma S. Simmons Elementary School.
Partner Energy developed and updated the design phase commissioning plan and issues log while performing focused reviews based on ASHRAE Guideline 0-2005 of the design drawings and specifications. We developed, for all commissioned equipment, detailed descriptions and reporting and documentation requirements. Partner professionals coordinated and directed the commissioning activities in a sequential and efficient manner using consistent protocols and forms, centralized documentation, clear and regular communication and consultations with all necessary parties.
