Description:
The Vermont Villas project is a 4-story, 79-unit transitional housing development. With support from Partner Energy, the project pursued GreenPoint Rated certification and implemented a number of energy and water efficiency measures to lower the building’s operating costs and utility allowances for the residents. Partner Energy confirmed energy and water savings by performing HERS verification.
