Los Angeles World Airports, Environmental Services Division (LAWA ESD) retained Partner Energy to review and revise their 2008 Sustainability Plan. The review addressed ESG-Sustainability goals for energy use, water consumption, waste diversion, and greenhouse gas emissions.
Partner Energy’s revised plan included updated standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that LAWA ESD can use to evaluate their actual performance against their sustainability goals.
As a case study, Partner Energy conducted an ASHRAE Level I audit of the ESD administration building. The audit identified potential areas for improvement that would reduce building energy consumption beyond LAWA’s targeted goals.
