Partner Energy’s Fitwel ambassadors help clients navigate and understand the Fitwell certification process and documentation requirements.

A third-party building rating system administered by the Center for Active Design, Fitwel provides design and operational guidelines for healthier buildings for occupants. Fitwel’s strategies are based on scientific data and evidence, best practices, and design and public health expertise.

Fitwel examines concepts such as location, building access, outdoor spaces, entrances and ground floor, stairwells, indoor environments, shared spaces, water supply, and emergency procedures. Fitwel certification is available for office, retail spaces and multifamily residences.

Fitwel is an accepted certification for Fannie Mae’s Healthy Housing Rewards Program.
