Principal Engineer and President of Partner Energy, Tony Liou, was invited to participate 
in this year’s Green California Schools & Community Colleges Summit and Exposition (Green CA) held at the Pasadena Convention Center. This annual Expo supplied a unique opportunity for green leaders from the nation’s largest public school system to speak about innovations in policy, technology and practice. This Nov 5th Green CA brought together people from many different professions including finance officers, teachers, administrators, engineers, curriculum developers and more. As an authority on energy efficiency and sustainability, Tony discussed Prop 39 energy audit and survey procedures, rebates and incentives as a co-panelist with Laura Franke of Public Financial Management, Inc. on a panel about leveraging Prop 39 funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements for schools.
