Kelsey Johnson is a Director at Partner Energy with over seven years of industry experience. In her role as a client manager, Kelsey focuses on the multifamily sector. She assists developers, lenders, property managers, architects and contractors comply with sustainability requirements for a variety of financing programs including competitive low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), agency green lending through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and numerous utility rebate programs.

Molly Coon

Molly Coon is a Program Manager at Partner Energy supporting energy efficiency and sustainability projects with a focus on multifamily properties. She has managed a high volume of agency green lending reports through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) using both internal and subcontract labor. Molly also manages projects for clients pursuing low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) funds and utility rebate and incentive programs in multiple states.
