Our architects and engineers can provide energy analysis, design consulting, and documentation support services for Zero Net Energy (ZNE) projects.

Partner Energy’s team of certified architects and registered professional engineers can guide developments to hit a ZNE goal, where a building is designed to use only as much energy as it is able to produce via on-site generation through renewables.

The Partner Energy team uses energy modeling, solar PV calculations, and system performance specifications to maximize building energy efficiency and to optimize solar photovoltaic panel production. Our team can provide the documentation necessary to meet the California Title 24 compliance requirements for ZNE and Energy Design Rating (EDR). Our team can also provide the documentation needed for other funding programs that require or incentivize ZNE projects.
