Malibu Country Mart LEED Certification

Partner Energy served as project consultant for LEED certification for Malibu Country Mart – a 27 tenant, one story retail space in Malibu, CA, featuring upscale local and national shops and restaurants. The project’s sustainability efforts include an Electric Vehicle station, low-flow water fixtures, high-efficiency HVAC, high efficiency gardening tools and a zero emissions playground.
