Industry veteran Kimberly Hosken, LEED AP NC & EB+OM has joined Partner Energy, Inc. to lead it’s newly launched training platform focused on providing green building development and management programs to implement sustainability and energy efficiency through the built environment. Ms. Hosken is based out of Partner Energy’s headquarters in Torrance (CA), and will serve in the newly-created position of Director of Training.
Ms. Hosken has over 30 years of experience in construction management and sustainable development, including many years in the development and implementation of training programs in sustainability, green buildings and portfolio green strategy.

Ms. Hosken has worked with numerous Fortune 100 corporations, higher education institutions, government agencies, retail and financial institutions to design and deliver sustainability programs which improve operational efficiencies and increase asset value. Ms. Hosken uses a blend of targeted training and green building practices to engage employees and create a culture of sustainability. She has provided construction management, design charettes, and LEED documentation services on over twenty completed LEED NC and EBOM projects. Ms. Hosken has been recognized as a global leader in sustainability by the US Green Building Council with the designation of LEED Fellow.

Prior to joining Partner Energy, Ms. Hosken served as the Director of Green Buildings in the Energy Solutions business at Johnson Controls Inc., and as Director of LEED New Construction at the US Green Building Council (USGBC). She has led a number of high-profile projects, including: the project management effort to obtain LEED EBOM certification for the Miller Park Major League Baseball Stadium; designing a software program to benchmark existing buildings against the LEED rating system which she delivered to service multiple international corporations;
