Enhanced Commissioning allows project teams to earn a credit by providing a commissioning process that builds upon the Fundamental process to include: design review prior to 50% CDs, review of contractor submittals, development of a systems manual, verification of training for building operating personnel, and review of building operations within ten months of substantial completion. Enhanced Commissioning provides optional credit, LEED Energy and Atmosphere Credit 3: Enhanced Commissioning (EA Credit 3) that expands upon the fundamental commissioning requirements to include scope during the design phase and during post-occupancy of the building.
