Greg Switzer is a Sustainability Consultant III at Partner Energy with more than 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, and sustainability consulting. His experience includes whole building energy analysis, benchmarking, energy and water conservation measures, building commissioning, and green certification project management (i.e, LEED, GreenPoint Rated, Green Globes, ENERGY STAR®, and Indoor Air Plus).
Greg has always worked in the building industry.The grandson of a framing contractor, he learned trades in his youth: plumbing, painting, concrete, and landscaping. His professional experience includes engineering and architectural design, general contracting, and construction management. Greg has supported projects for K-12 schools, hospitals, theaters, retail, restaurant, residential, resort, and mixed-use buildings, around the country and internationally.
Greg has completed more than 50 green certification building projects, including two recognized by industry: the 2019 National Multifamily Affordable Project of theYear (Mosaic Gardens at Westlake), and a nominee for NOMA Project of the Year (Rocky Hill Housing).
