Summary
Tushar Dutta is a Senior Program Manager at Partner Energy with over 10 years of experience in the sustainability and energy efficiency industries, working both as a consultant and for a developer/owner of properties. As Senior Program Manager, he oversees some of Partner Energy’s largest client relationships, particularly for agency green lending programs through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, affordable housing development/tax credit financing, and utility-funded energy efficiency and retro-commissioning programs.
Tushar’s prior experience includes managing affordable multifamily housing energy and water efficiency retrofit projects in California, administering government-funded energy efficiency programs, developing municipal energy efficiency plans, and commercial property management.
Tushar has previously presented at various forums and conferences throughout the country on topics of sustainability and energy efficiency including Housing California, Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH) Annual Conference, ACEEE Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings, and RealShare Apartments Conference. He is also actively involved in alumni events through the USC Price School of Public Policy including mentorship of current graduate students and career/alumni panels.
