Summary
Entergy Arkansas offers the Home Energy Solutions Program to help residential customers understand and make energy efficiency improvements in participating homes. Customers can call 866-627-9177 to reach an energy efficiency solutions representative who can direct the customer to the best energy efficient solution based on the customer’s need. To be eligible for the Home Energy Assessment, your home must be at least 10 years old or have a peak energy bill of at least $0.10 per square foot of your home. For example, if you have a 1,200-square-foot home, your peak energy bill would be $120 or more.
Entergy's Smart Direct Load Control program offers rebates to customers for peak demand load control of their thermostats. Check the program website here for more information.
Through the Residential Point of Purchase Solutions Program, a number of lighting, appliance, and advanced power strip discounts and rebates are available to residential customers of Entergy Arkansas. Customers must either purchase qualifying items at one of many participating retailer locations or shop on Entergy’s online marketplace in order to receive instant discounts. Measures eligible under this program include ENERGY STAR-qualified compact fluorescent light bulbs, LED bulbs and fixtures, refrigerators, and heat pump water heaters.
