Summary

New Mexico Gas Company offers several incentives to home builders to build above code energy efficient homes. Rebates are available for high efficiency furnaces/boilers and/or water heaters or for when a home has a RESNET-accredited HERS rating. Qualifying products and homes must be installed or completed between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
