An internationally recognized mark of excellence, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

Established by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building, home or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

The LEED process involves quantifying all the sustainable design attributes of a project, modeling the proposed energy and water consumption, and commissioning the buildings upon completion to verify delivery of high-performing systems that reduce carbon footprint.

Partner Energy has supported over a hundred LEED certification projects. Our team of LEED Accredited Professionals are well versed in the different certification categories and have even conducted training courses on the documentation process. Partner Energy also can serve as the Commissioning Authority (Cx)  on LEED certification projects that require Commissioning.
