The LA EBEWE Energy and Water Efficiency Audits with Retro-Commissioning requirement starts in the year 2020 with deadlines due based upon the last digit of the property’s AIN number.

Penalties and Fees
Failure to comply with ANY portion of LA EBEWE may result in:
- compounding penalty fees
- applied interest
- a lien placed on delinquent properties
