Summary
Alan Doherty is a Director at Partner Energy with more than 15+ years of professional experience in the field of MEP engineering and project management. His technical expertise includes providing design in HVAC systems from concept through completion in new and existing buildings, comprehensive energy audits, energy modelling analysis, scope narratives, and specialized MEPF property condition assessments.
Alan focuses on commercial office buildings, industrial properties, K-12 school districts, multifamily buildings and municipalities. He is also involved with providing owner’s representative services, for projects throughout the United States. His current projects include managing corporate policy initiatives to identify and quantify energy savings opportunities and highlight sustainability efforts nationwide, providing comprehensive energy audits for facilities, and MEPF assessments on various commercial and multifamily assets throughout the country.
