Ms. Lee is a Program Manager at Partner Energy with over 10 years of experience in the sustainability industry. She excels in building strong, collaborative relationships with developers, lenders, property managers, architects and contractors, effectively guiding them to meet sustainability requirements for various financing programs – including competitive low-income housing tax credits (LITHC), agency green lending through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and various utility rebate initiatives. She has also guided clients through local ordinances, including those with building performance standards.
