AB1103: CEC Released Implementation Schedule for Disclosure

The California Energy Commission conducted a committee workshop in Sacramento, California on May 17th to discuss the revised draft regulations for the implementation of the energy performance rating disclosure requirements for non-residential buildings specified in Assembly Bill 1103.
